Fed Up! If you havent heard, this is a movie that gives us a look into the food industry in America that exposes the hidden truths contributing to one of the largest health epidemics in history. I have bought the movie and want to share it with you all. It will definitely change the way we look at food. I know Ive struggled with sugar addiction right along with many other Americans. The more educated we become, the better choices we can make. Id like to have a viewing party. The 2 day/times that work best for me is a Tuesday night at 6 or a Sunday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. Please let me know if youre interested and which day works best for you. If you cant make it to the viewing party but would like to borrow it just let me know. Just thought a party sounds like fun and we can discuss our own struggles, ideas, and future goals! :) p.s. anyone is invited so if you have a friend or family member you think could benefit, feel free to invite!
