Federal government now admits there is absolutely nothing stopping people from using EBT/Welfare cards to buy pot in states where purchasing it for recreational use is legal. Most of you already know this but Ill say it again. These programs are theft. Outside of SS and disability (or anything you pay into before taking it out) its all Socialism and blatant theft. You are asserting that taking ones money without their consent with the threat of prison is Theft. To get you to prison would require a forceful act - arrest, handcuffing etc. So really now youre talking about a theft using the threat of force. Thats the simple legal definition of ROBBERY. But wait. Theres more... Those people coming to arrest you are armed. So we have a theft committed using the threat of force by someone who is armed. Thats ARMED ROBBERY.
