Feedback Requested... Scenario: Your vacation itinerary includes flying 8,315 miles to the destination of your choice where you will pick up the rental vehicle that will get you to your next three destinations (in 3 different states). You fly in and go to pick up the rental vehicle you reserved 30 days prior... only to find out the rep on the phone misspoke. In actuality, the company does not accept debit cards as a form of currency as you were assured. Therefore, you will not be able to obtain the vehicle reserved unless you produce a major credit card as a form of payment. You happen to be an individual who went through Dave Ramseys FPU and since paid off and closed all 4 of your major credit cards. You spend 8 hours in the airport going back and forth with the company. The company recognizes the entire situation is their fault and apologizes profusely. When you thank them for their apologies and explain that you now have no way home, they offer filing a complaint as a form of reconciliation. Do you then: A.) Write a letter to the CEO B.)
