Feel sad and depressed? You have to go into sujood. The Prophet said: أَقْرَبُ مَا يَكُونُ الْعَبْدُ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَهُوَ سَاجِدٌ “The closest that a servant is to his Lord is when he is in prostration.” (Muslim) And Where do we find happiness? Not material happiness, but true internal happiness. As Muslims, we may respond that true happiness in this world comes from being closer to Allaah. The closer you are to Allaah, the more your heart is at rest. Yaa Allaah help me to be closer and closer to You, not just in this month of Ramadhan but in my whole life, life in this world and the next. help me to LOVE You more and more. help me to LOVE YOU more than ANYONE ELSE or ANYTHING ELSE. Help me to LOVE people for Your sake only not for the sake of something. Ameen yaa RABB Yaa RABB hear my call. For indeed, You Only hears the Call of the Caller. Please YAa Allaah I call out on You, answer my Call.
