Feeling Blessed: I really love this extension of summer like weather we are having.Terrific warm afternoons everyday. Still in shorts,tees and sandals here. Cool nights for sleeping,ahhh... bring moist and dewey mornings each day. The corduroys and velour can wait.I havent even bothered to bring down my cool season clothes from the attic yet.I got away from the dictation of fashion for now.I am embracing what is. Its all about hanging on to every bit of summer here for us, despite the calendar date and the passing of the equinox in september.Give me mild for as long as it stays.Yes, let the oil burner stay off for as long as possible because, as I know, as we all do... old man winter will eventually have his way with us here in the east, and so will the oil company with their padded price of heating! Heres to an extended season. A true gift indeed.
