Feeling Good - Spent three hours last Saturday unexpectedly with a buyer who emailed me at 1pm. By 3pm I had them in the apt. For 3 hours we reviewed discussed and I listened and watched with my ears and heart. Moving always is exciting but also daunting. I could tell the husband was ready but perhaps his wife was not yet. I focused in after trust was built on her concerns - soon I was invited to their home nearby for wine and we talked some more. That lead to an offer which hopefully will move to contract and now we are discussing listing their place. Honestly nothing felt better than having the wife put her hands on mine and say, Thank You - Im so happy you were on the other side of that door today when we arrived. Youre just different - not like most brokers weve met. You made me feel safe and you took the time to listen and then shared your knowledge. Thank you. - this is why I do what I do - to help mothers fathers and people navigate these moments in their lives and also do it successfully and smoothly and with knowledge. #feelingmotivated #feelinggood #fingerscrossed!
