Feeling a bit disappointed with tonights debate. I feel Salmond spent too much time mocking Darling, and missing opportunities to mention Trident, to highlight the point of the debate and not to allow questioning contrary to this point to go un-answered, like the plan B question. He could have took words straight out of the White Paper to shut Darling up, but he looked scared of the answer. And no wonder, the question was irrelevant. SHOULD we be Independent, or SHOULD we be British? Not whats plan B, IF plan A doesnt work on the issue of currency? What?, if we use any other currency, other than the pound, our industry is worth less? No! Its about the pockets of the businesses and the people, and the pound is logical for ALL. There is no need to focus on plan B, as plan A is strong, logical, and unavoidable. Nothing mentioned that I dont already know, not surprised there. A lot of repetitive comments from Darling in his answering of different questions. Typical tactics to avoid answering questions. Basically. there was a fight, and its over now. My mind isnt changed.
