Feeling a little down about fitness and stuff...then my walking counselor encouraged me to walk one more mile, so we did....and then the next thing you know, we are going to walk even more exciting longer trails soon and a possible 5k on Saturday....I dont know how this happened but I am feeling pretty good about myself right now....sometimes you need a little push and then a little more push for each other...anyone struggling today about food and fitness...put down your fork and get out of your house and go!!!!!! You are worth health!
