Feeling blessed tonight as I witness the havoc of snow in Georgia. I am one who will not be able to get home tonight. But as I sit here I am feeling very blessed to have amazing friends. That I know where my kids are and that they are cared for, safe, and warm. There are many parents tonight who dont have that knowledge, who are struggling to get home and reunite with their kids. There are many people who along the way tonight have been crucial to making the night easier for all. I want to thank all the men in Marietta who stepped up to assist cars that were stuck. I also want to thank the General Manager at the McDonalds location on Old Canton and Roswell Rd who after sending her staff home and closing the store choose to reopen the store to help accommodate those of us who are stranded here tonight. It is always amazing to me how God always knows what we need in every situation.
