Feeling fabulous after our morning run. Running recommendations that I am going with.....I am going with the hand held water bottle with hand/thumb strap, heed in my water and energy jelly beans at mile 5-6. Ezekiel bread with peanut butter pre race morning. This is physically challenging and boy were you guys right about getting nutrition down. Thankfully I think I just accomplished that! #halfmarathon #peoriaheightshalf
