Feeling good to have sore muscles from working out again. Todays main portion of the workout, supervised by the interns because others will be doing their Open Competition, is: 10 Minute OTM Odd Minutes - 30 Unbroken Russian Swings (Doubles may be used) Even Minutes - 10 Burpees Last Performed: February 28th 2014 Russian Swings - The goal of your Swings is to perform the set Unbroken. If you get to 28 reps for your set and have to Break then simple record your Score for that round but DO NOT exceed 30 Reps in an Effort. Burpees - The goal of your Burpees is to perform them as fast as possible. If only get 7 reps reps in the Minute simple record your score but do not exceed the 10 Reps. After all that it is still 100 pushups, except you can do them throughout the day, followed by an 800 meter run. Oh my!
