Feeling great! I went to the spine/pain doctors today for a check up. My doctor and everyone at the Spine Center was blown away at the progress that I have made in the last few months. My doctor was ecstatic with the weight loss and the Paleo lifestyle change that I have made. Everyone that i know at the spine center was shaking my hand and asking how I did it.( I felt like a rock star)...It was bit emotional for me since I have been battling this for a very long time. Looks like I may have a Gluten allergy and the doctor says that makes sense why everything that we did was not working.(time for some testing) The good news is that my doctor has taken me off one of my meds completely and has reduced that other on by half and then in a few weeks take it in half again and be completely off in the next month. — feeling awesome.
