Feeling guilty when you eat foods that are not in the book of healthy foods is common, especially among women. But that guilt leads to overeating which leads to guilt and so on. Is a cycle hard to break. If you break the rules during one meal, look forward to making healthier choices at the next meal! If you savor your guilty foods, take small bites and take your time to discover flavors and textures, take smaller portions of it, and learn to enjoy them, soon you will not feel so guilty because you are allowing yourself to eat them. And of course, commit yourself to a more active lifestyle where you burn more calories every day.
