Feeling incredibly re-inspired after a glorious day at the Friendship Food book launch, so amazing to see such an amazing real food book launched in our community! These girls are incredible, Felicitys story of health recovery through food is amazing i felt such a connection listening to her story, especially when she said how clear and positive her mind felt after ditching gluten, refined sugar and other toxic foods. I hope this book is a huge success (you can purchase it online if you want to have a wee little looksie). Im so grateful to be around so many inspiring & passionate people, some of which I got to catch up with today great to catch up with Murray from Mr Organic, Jayne from Miss Jaynes Coffee House, beautiful friend Margaritte Stanford from Newtown Total health, and of course one of my biggest inspirations my gorgeous friend Tania from Gluten Free Grain Free Co. I needed to see you all today for a breathe of inspiration xx
