Feeling kind of overwhelmed and incredibly grateful. Tayas audition was at 11:30am. We just left the studio. After the auditions Todd took is for lunch, more of a tour and we talked about his upcoming film he cast Taya in. He is working towards it filming this summer, if all the pieces fall into place. Otherwise next summer. Exciting either way! He took us for lunch at the studio cafe and said he reserved us a table so hopefully we could see some stars. The Cohen Brothers are filming Hail Caesar on The Lot. Scarlett Johannson, Channing Tatum, George Clooney all ate in their trailers ( darn! ) but Todd took us around and took us to their trailers. Ha! So technically we were 30 feet from George. Hilarious. Todd found Georges Lexus and then we were about three feet away from something of his. It became a fun joke. We toured the studio, the Mill where they build all the sets and heard all about the history of The Lot which has filmed many blockbusters as the Warner Hollywood Studio since 1920. Back at his offices he proudly showed us signatures of stars his father collected years ago. Huge film stars from years gone by. It was quite the Hollywood History lesson. He shared stories, gave advice and mentored us for five hours. How did we get so lucky?
