Feeling so blessed with work right now. About to announce some big news on Cost of Construction: A documentary about worker safety (II) Lonnie Davis is doing a bang up job editing the shark piece which I will share shortly, writing a story on conservation for LEtage magazine, pitched our songs to an artist I have admired for over a decade who thought they were soulful & hits! Art Basel is shaping up nicely for next year & a friend and Emmy Award winning War Correspondent Andrew Stack who I adore is coming to do a story with me! If I keep up this diet my body might be too small to contain the gratitude I feel for this moment. I want to sincerely thank all of you who write me so many encouraging e-mails, support me through the highs and lows, watch my segments, read my pieces, and share your hopes, fears, & lives with me. I can say without equivocation that I enjoy the exotic adventures, fancy parties, and meeting the movers and shakers for sure. But nothing compares to being at home, especially with a dog, & reading and hearing from friends Ive known for years (some Ive met some I havent) making comments, placing calls, or writing notes that make me feel so many things, but most of all understood and appreciated.
