Feeling thankful tonight as Julian was inducted into the National Junior Honor Society at Piedmont Middle School along with 23 other students. Selection was based on scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship. I am ever mindful that the responsibility to make sure that he continues to model these traits rests squarely on him, Kevin and me. I thank God for the opportunity to love and raise this young man. You are such a blessing to us and others, my precious son, my JuJu Bean! And to have Grandada show up, too, was icing on the cake.
