Feeling very discouraged today. I dont normally complain on FB and those that know me know usually Im decorating this time of year scurrying around getting reading for the holidays - Im a doer, not a sitter. My husband has been at the lake house since Wed at the annual fishing tournament communing with his fishing buddies of 40 yrs. During his absence Im usually busying myself with projects around the house. I was so looking forward to getting my LR finished thats been sitting in boxes, pictures, etc. since our move in Jan and since the untimely broken foot and then surgery to repair. The foot has healed pretty much and I can walk normal now but walking with a boot and flat footed so long has created what we think is a severe sciatic condition. After being on anti inflammatory meds, muscle relaxers, prednisone, ice/heat and going to chiropractor for over 4 weeks now? Im no better, even worse. I tried to go to Alpharetta yesterday for a change of scenery and do a little Christmas shopping. Mistake! I was in pain all night and it is a struggle just taking my dog out to potty. Please pray this pain goes away soon and something can be done. Otherwise, there will be no holiday cheer at our house. Also, learned yesterday that a dear friend in TX has breast cancer and has started treatments-please pray for her. Thanks!
