Feeling very grateful for a man who has a great deal of honesty and integrity. Car dealership told us that the brakes needed to be done at a cost of $500. They red flagged it and said it needed immediate attention. Took it to Hasketts automotive on dads recommendation and he quoted $300; however, when he removed the wheels, he discovered that the brakes still had 60% left on them. Feeling extremely frustrated, and taken advantage of, having found out that the dealership didnt even remove the wheels to check the amount of brakes left. Haskett let me know that they are likely okay for another 2 years approx, and I can bet the dealership wouldve happily changed them and taken my money. Calling them tomorrow!! Thank you so much to Wayne for your honesty.
