Feeling way worse. I dont think this is viral. I feel like a truck ran over me. But here is the good news: I usually feel GREAT. What a reminder that our health is a precious gift! Today, maybe reach out to someone who has health problems -- chronic or not. Because when you dont feel well, the small stuff can feel overwhelming. Im so grateful that a z-pack from now Ill be better. Yet I know that is not true for many who are sick today. So I am praying for them, and resting in the joy that my illness is temporary. PS. And no, I am not ready for Christmas.
