Feels soo awesome and inspired. The company I work for, my company BD has a great program called"WIN-Women Initiative Network" to recognise and encourage gender diversity at all levels of our organization. A Special guest speaker Lenora Billings-Harris, a diversity strategist, discussing the importance of gender diversity as a key contributor to business success... I dont wont to sound feminist, b...ut yes, I truly feel fortunate to have had all dynamic ,loving and inspirationl female managers as role models, in all my jobs in US.The same was the scenario during growing days. I have always seen my aai,aunts managing a perfect work and home balance. Totally I look up to all these ladies, around me, in family, friends who step out and excel in their careers as well as excel in their roles as wife,mom, sisters, daughter in law and soo on....Kudos to that awesome spirit...womanhood......
