Feinstein is simply despicable, condescending, thinks she is morally superior, and is disrespectful to senior intelligence officials. She was not there during the interrogations, debriefings, intelligence collection and analysis. Her biased Democratic party staff did not interview one senior CIA manager that participated in the alleged torture, not a single one. She, the Democrats on the intelligence committee have made their allegations of what occurred, made accusations, and those she has accused have not had the opportunity to provide one word of rebuttal. This report has zero credibility. As for torture, water boarding, the most serious enhanced technique used according to Feinstein, has never been defined by or recognized by any federal court as a form of torture. The US Marine Corps sends all of his Force Recon members, of which I was one, to SERE training, which includes water boarding. The USMC does not torture its members. As to her position that those that torture will lie to stop the torture, she is simply ignorant. Those that may be tortured or even those treated harshly in intelligence interrogations will NOT lie during such interrogations because they know that if they do lie and they the interrogators find that they lied, they will be in for even harsher treatment. Feinstein has given up whatever respectability she had as Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee. She needs to go.
