Felix Laband is an electronic music artist born in 1977 in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. Our guest started his career as a guitarist and singer in a punk band, later on discovering the electronic music and become one of the genre veterans in his country. He creats a light, emotional, minimalist soundscapes by combining several styles, and samples from classical, jazz and old television recordings overlaid with instrumental performances by himself and other guest artists. His music has been described by his record label as ‘indietronica’. During his activity Felix released four albums and in paralel hes running other projects or is acting as club DJ (mostly known as Snakehips). #SouthAfrica #indietronica
