Fellow Nigerians How is it that the federal government could not come up with a transparent and transimtabe payment process for this state allocations, instead of the state commissioners of finance or the governors travelling all the way from their various states to Abuja just to share money on the name of revenue allocation. Dose this not amount to waist of time and money in itself, it time for Nigeria to weak- up to reality of time and and use of modern technology for effective waist management in a highly globalised political economy.
