Fellow Zambians in the Diaspora, Let me take this opportunity to thank you for your patriotism and love for the nation. You are as much Zambians as all of us at home. You are ambassadors in your own right. As your fellow citizen, I am supportive of dual-citizenship. Zambia needs to tap into the expertise, talents and human resource represented by the Diaspora. As Zambia, we must invest time in thinking and planning linkages with the Diaspora. I thank you!
