Fellow craft beer enthusiasts I introduce the Black and Mo. I have been enjoying Maine Beer, and have always liked Left Hand...I was in the mood for a classic Black and Tan so I figured why not combine a classic American pale ale (Mo) with a great American stout (Fade To Black) and concoct something new. I could not get it to layer correctly (I suspect high gravity issues) but most importantly the taste was very smooth.
