Fellowship Connection Inc. is seeking a qualified Youth Employment Program Coordinator. The YEP Coordinator position runs April 14th through August 31st, 2014, 20 hours per week, $12.50 per hour. The YEP Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative activities for the Youth Employment Program. The YEP Coordinator is the primary point of contact for employers, Mentors and youth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: working with the YEP Manager on matters related to youth employment and job placement; supervising Mentors; working with youth; and on-site monitoring of all youth community service activities. The YEP Coordinator will also monitor the quality of Mentor/mentee relationships. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), experience working with youth, in youth development, job training or educational settings, Supervision and management experience preferred.
