Fellowship With Jesus God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:9 You were created to be in fellowship with God. That is what life is all about: simply being in fellowship with Jesus. To fellowship with Him means to be one with Him, to have things in common. You were created to have a love relationship with God. The foundation of this fellowship is the faithfulness of God. God is faithful! What a comfort. What a hope and confidence it gives us in this ever-changing world to know that we can count on God. He is the ONE thing we can depend upon. God always keeps His word to us and never takes a day off or misses a step. It is this faithful God who has called us into fellowship with Jesus. Our sin never causes God to pull away from us or love us any less. But when we sin it does affect our fellowship with Him. Like any relationship, there can be intimacy or estrangement. May you know today that God loves you, and is faithful to you. That He desires to be in close fellowship with you. So ask yourself what you can do or stop doing to deepen your fellowship with Jesus.
