** Felony Arrest / Wanted by FBI ** At approximately 12:45 a.m. December 13, 2014 a Thayer County Sheriffs Deputy observed a vehicle violate the stop sign at the intersection of Hwy #81 and Hwy #136. The deputy stopped the vehicle and obtained identification from the driver. A records check indicated the subject was wanted by the FBI for the offense of Robbery. The hit indicated the subject was considered Armed and Dangerous . The subject, identified as Liban Hassan age 22 of Omaha, Ne., was taken into custody and lodged at the Thayer County Jail. The FBI will arrange for his transfer to another facility.
