#Ferguson #USA #Police personnel OBVIOUSLY need more training for these kind of situations. You cant just shoot a person in the head because he was allegedly running at you, especially if youre a police officer. Were there racist motives? Who knows. But one thing is sure: It is a shame that human beings get killed because police officers make such INCREDIBLY STUPID AND BAD decisions.
