Fernval Lea columbarium-gate is not the first and wont be the last instance where poor planning and communication by the authorities, have led to unhappiness among residents. The PAP wanted Singaporeans to sink roots and have a sense of ownership by making them buy HDB flats or houses. This is just them fulfilling PAPs wishes,expressing their views as owners. When you have to work your almost your whole life to pay off the property you purchased, of course youll be more unhappy at things like this which can affect the value of your flat!
