Fes Kitchen is frying cod and scallops in a combo of olive and safflower oils. Both dipped in almond milk prior to dipping them in the Louisiana Brand seasoned fish fry. The chef is adding a punch of Tonys seasoning to the mixture for a kick of spiciness. ;) Other items are oven (10 baked chicken, (2) pizza style mac & cheese (macaroni, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and pizza seasoning, (3) sautéed spinach, seasoned with lemon pepper, and (4) garlic bread. Drinks include (1) southern style sweet tea lemonade and (2) tropical punch. Bon appetit !
