Few questions on this Billboard blocking Waiyaki Way:The work of setting up this Billboard didnt begin yesterday. I far as i can recall, every time i pass that site, i normally see people working on it. How comes KeNHA was not aware of the illegal work going on Along the highway? The Billborad was fully put up. Does it mean KeNHA has no inspectors patrolling the highways regularly to check their conditions? Finally, to put such a Billboard a permit has to be procured with knowledge of KeNHA and Nairobi County Government respectively. Who authorized it? Can the line officers to be held to account?
