Few things for the moms who want to work out but dont think they can for whatever reason - 1. It is NOT always this crazy! But when it is I dont make excuses I adapt! 2. Dont let minions be your excuse let them be your reason! 3. You CAN do this! 4. Did I mention you CAN do this?!? AND 5.
