Few weeks ago, some of my gfs forwarded info about few cosmetic brands that do animal testing. It was so sad to see animals treated for the sake of our beauty. Im using ZA which is under Shisheido and when I googled from forums etc, it stated ZA do not do animal testing. Is this true? I have not been putting much makeup except for the ZA powder, 2 way cake and concealor. Need to find out if Kate do too cos I am using their eyebrow pencil. Plus as prayers need to be done, non waterproof products and minimal product or none on the face is the best. Then I saw this video. Not sure how long ago was the video of the Anggora Rabbit shown but I was so sad that I google about it when I saw the brand name H & M. These people are so cruel!! I love H & M for the kids things though I never noticed any or shopped for Anggora fur products ever, if they are into such cruelty, I would not be supporting them. I am an animal print lover but I will never buy authentic animal leather except for cow hide. I googled about H & M and animal cruelty. I was glad to find this article. Even in Islam, animals should never be tortured. Each animal should put down as painless as possible. If the meat can be consumed, the animal must be slaughtered in the right procedure. Hence, the animal must be fully utilized, from the meat, to the skin to all parts of the body. That is why, cows are usually the best cos we can drink the milk, eat the meat and their skin transformed to hide, leather, cowhide, pelt etc. You can check out PETA website to know more.
