Fida Nabi remembered on his fourth death anniversary Srinagar, August 09: The slain teenager, Fida Nabi, who was killed during 2010 mass uprising, was today remembered on his fourth death anniversary. The slain teenager was shot at by government forces on August 03, 2010 at HMT when pro-freedom protests were going on. He was initially rushed to SKIMS JVC where from he was shifted to SKIMS Soura where he was kept on life supporting system. Fida, a resident of Usmanabad HMT, succumbed on the August 09 and was buried in martyrs’ graveyard Eidgah. His family members, relatives and friends today held special prayers at martyrs’ graveyard and prayed for the deceased. More than 120 people, mostly teenagers, were killed in forces action during 2010 mass uprising.
