"Fight on till the disharmony – the disorder – due to tyranny and injustice – is totally exterminated, and the Deen – the justice of Allah alone – prevails (in the World)" (2:193, 8:39). Islam is the World System. There is no human ruler in Islam. The Caliph of Islam is servant of Allah to serve the mankind. Islam is rule of the Quran. Allah is the Sovereign of mankind and Law-Giver. Islam is rule of the Quran which is Constitutional-Law Book of Islamic commonwealth. Islam is equality, unity of mankind and social justice. If no social justice, no Islam. The essence of Islam is peace. The Caliph is the viceroy of Allah on earth to serve mankind according to the moral and social laws of the Quran which is the will of Allah for entire mankind.
