FileMaker Pro Developer Job Description: The role of the FileMaker Pro developer is to develop, implement and support several custom, integrated FileMaker Pro applications. Requirements: Must have experience applying multiple layers of security to an application. Must have experience with multi-user server based FileMaker Pro applications. Minimum five years experience with FileMaker Pro required Bachelor’s degree required; IT-related field a plus Must be highly proficient with FileMaker Pro in order to develop highly complex database applications for CRM, order management, billing and payment processing, accounting and financial management, production/project management, HR and other business functions. Must have a curious nature with a strong desire to improve business processes through better use of technology. Must have extensive knowledge of scripting, PHP integration, as well as a thorough understanding of the full FileMaker platform including FileMaker WebDirect and Go. FileMaker Certified Developer certification a plus Knowledge of PHP and other programming languages a plus Must have an understanding of the relationship between various functional areas within an organization, with experience developing and/or implementing ERP systems preferred.
