Filed Election Petitions against Arvind Kejriwal & Somnath Bharti in Delhi High Court today on behalf of BJP candidates Vijendra Gupta & Arti Mehra on the ground that Kejriwal & Bharti spent atleast 37 lakh each on their elections, while maximum limit of election expenses allowed is 14 Lakh. Petitioners have prayed for declaring the elections of Kejriwal & Bharti as MLAs as null & void. Since exceeding the max expenses limit is a corrupt practice as per law, petitioners also prayed for disqualifying Kejriwal & Bharti from contesting any election for 6 years.
