Final instructions for The London Mud & Obstacle Race 28th December 5k registration from 8.30am Race start at 10am 10k registration from 10.30am Race start at 12pm Noon . Weather forecast is better for Sunday ,however there is ample room in the barn & marquee area .we will endeavour to get you started ASAP so no long waits around in the cold. Guys please remember it is December ,it is a mud/obstacle race in water,mud and very cold weather ,wingers need not apply !!!!!! All texts have been replied to .there is space to arrive and run however the medal allocation has now been set aside so no bling if you didnt book online,however we do have a momento for non medal winners. Hot food and drinks are available for spectators and runners can choose to swap their beer/soft drink wristband option for a hot drink.tea/coffee/hot chocolate . There are no hot shower facilities at the venue so we advise a change of clothes and towels /bin bags etc Toilets are provided . Emergency info number from 7am -07956 634466 . Minimum of 5 entries for a team result .if you are short of members please let us know prior to the race start and we MAY be able to swap you to individual racers if we have time . We do have team entries booked with less than 5 entries ATM .a surcharge will be payable if you fall short of booked in runners .(at our discretion)
