Finally! Palak & Pinanks Musings of Love is online! Urdu poetry has always fascinated me, Kitini Girhain Baqi Hai written by Gulzar is one of those soul searching nazms. We have only managed to adapt a part of this recitation with Rekhas voice, this was her tribute to Late Yash Chopra, an idol to many, the man who was known as the king of romance. The enriched lyrics in this poignant, stirring piece, portray the musings of a woman as she embarks on a journey of love. With every word, Gulzaar saahab is chipping away everything superfluous in a woman and finally reveals, hidden behind mundane ornaments and jewellery, a vulnerable woman. Whilst, the first 30 seconds of this trailer is dedicated to poetry, we also managed to keep the same style & flow of the wedding trailer, infusing intimate moments of Palak & Pinank between their real moments and also kicking it up with a crazy Baraat on Amit Trivedis Jugni.
