Finally after 3 months of cleaning,degreasing,and 10 gallons of paint later,ive rented it.The laws are in place to protect not the owners/property managers ,but the pieces of shit tenants like my recent ones that trashed my houseThey lived there free for 4 months .Before legally I could get them out ,and no before my HWBB heating system was cracked all to hell.As she ran out of oil(all of which she obtained free from local churchs),back in late March.She then used the kitchen rance (elect)to heat the entire home,form then on .Until her power was shut off in June.Just about $10,000 worth of damages for just this ,as well as $5000 more .I want so badly to paste her name on here ,but anybody that knows me ,knows I would roll that way.However any local landlords give me a call anytime 454-2282 and ill tell who she is no problem at all.Imagine black dog hair in the ice cube trays ,in the freezer.All of my appliances gone to the dump.Take her to court?Psst it would cost me more money ,and she hasn,t got a pot to piss in .So that out.Just for the heck of it to all you landdlords/property managers,etc.Please post what is the worst thing you,ve all ever had to deal with ,from a tenant.TY
