Finally folks, we have it our way. The Government will use discretion to enforce the law with Obamacare, that is, simply not enforce it if you grab an illegal plan. I want Obama to tell the Sheriff in Williamson County to do that when they catch me speeding please. And, how about if I accidentally shoot a dear in July? Need some discretion please. This is a great idea-- rule of law without the penalties. So, all ye lawyers, what do you call a law without a penalty attached? Answer: COLOR OF LAW It is void from the day of inception, right? Also, what insurance company would be stupid enough to sell you a policy on the gamble that they would not get in trouble for not meeting Obamacare standards?
