Finally got to my laptop to do the 10 book challenge. 1.The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn - First book. firsts are always special. 2.The Adventure Series - Enid Blyton. I was used to think myself as Phillip and fantasize myself in similar situations. (definitely not an animal lover in real life) 3.Mahabharat - Read it in Hindi. When I got computer, I thought I could translate it to English for people who didnt know Hindi. Then we got internet. 4.The Story of My Experiments with Truth - Have read multiple times. could read again. 5.Harry Potter - 4.7.1.3.2.5.6 In order of preference. 6.The Alchemist - Only one of Cohelo I have read. Have quoted the concept of love presented, some times. 7.Angels & Demons I consider this better than DVD and other works of Dan Brown I had read. Finished it on Christmas 2007, felt it was fitting celebration. 8.Bounce - Matthew Syed. A book that made me believe hard work explains everything. A book, I have recommended to many people, many times. 9.Rahul Dravid: Timeless Steel - before reading the book, I believed SRT was only God in cricket. I tweeted to most of the writers of the book, thanking them how no one compared RD with anyone else to show how great he is. 10.Failure is Not an Option - Gene Kranz. Autobiography of NASA flight director, most famous for Apollo 13. (have been sitting on N Armstrongs book and Jim Lovells autobiography for sometime. Will read) Thanks Soham and Chirag for challenging me. Following CKV, (I will nominate 10 people for this challenge.) I had to go to 15, as I would love to get book reco from some all of them, can;t afford to miss. Ananya Ashish Sandeep Amit Sravya Prajith Abhradita Omm Arbu Shourya Lavanya Lipsa Sushree Bini and Kartika Sir. Please post your top10 favorite books as soon as you can! :)
