Finally made a comparison pic. The one on the left is Xmas in 2012, the picture that basically started my whole lifestyle change. The one on the right, as you guys have already seen, is one from a couple days ago. Started at 172, and now Im around 130. And Ill tell you what, this past year and a half has taught me so much about how my body works, plus preparing for my black belt test has taught me to stay on track and stay disciplined. I feel so much better, I feel healthier. And i feel more confident, which is something Ive struggled with for years. If I can do it, anybody can!! ❤
