Finally online. Got my Aunt Cyndis phone and connected it to her laptop. My last resort and it worked. Its been an exhausting & emotional time here at Grannys. But Im so very grateful that Im here with her. Were really making up for lost time with each other. Reminiscing, learning a lot about our family. Its priceless time with her that Ill never forget. On a sad note, we are meeting with Hospice today for my Aunt Cyndi. Theres no chance for recovery. She is better than she was, but not good. She doesnt recognize me or Granny. Im just numb and doing what I need to do to make sure Granny is ok. This is so hard on her. Way too close on the heels of my dads (her son) death. Shes holding up pretty well. Just not used to being out everyday and doing all the walking. She gets worn out pretty easily. But shes doing great for being 99 years old.
