Finally sliding in to home plate back here in Denver, tired, sore, exhausted, a bit sun burnt, and well satisfied by another epic Battle. Trust I have a smile on my face. A weekend spent with unbelievable friends, rad-ass Rock n Roll and precisely the right ratio of sin and salvation is never a weekend wasted. All the people who made this weekend possible, old friends, new friends, the fantastic bands that drug all their heavy stuff out to Med Bow to rock our faces off, the staff of the Virginian Hotel and the townsfolk of Medicine Bow who are so kind as to let us borrow their town for a day or two all deserve my thanks and gratitude. I met some awesome new people, had a spectacular time with those Ive known for many years, and saw some performances that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I couldnt be happier with the experience in any way I can think of. I needed that! Thank you all!
