Finally, someone with the BRAINS and BALLS to educate the Dept. of Finance and Malacanang that we are bleeding to death with the TAX they put to the middle class. All they think is how much they get and increase budget but how about better managing the tax of the people.. it will not matter if it decreased in collection if they use it correctly and invest it for the benefit of the TAX PAYERS! But of course we deserve to get something for all the taxes we paid all these years! Just DO YOUR JOB to serve the PEOPLE!
