Finally tasting some of the foods that birroteca of belair will be offering. I am on a huge learning curve but it is very exciting. So far my favorite things are the spicy chickpeas and the prosciutto Bruschetta. ..more training tomorrow. Wine tasting wed. Thursday off...someone take me out...im between jobs and poor...lol. friday we have our final test. Hopefully next week we will be open and all the chaos that surrounds a restaurant opening will calm my nerves and I can hit the ground running♡♡
