Finally the wait is over......clocked sub 4 hrs in Full Marathon yesterday at 1st Bengaluru Marathon....with a timing of 3:51:10..official net time. Personal best time n ranked 78th out of 716 finishers....thats an improvement of 18:04 mins over previous time of 4:09:14..the route was tough but the weather played a very important role...event was very well organised...with Army guys standing for hours on the road...cheering all the runners however the traffic management for the last 5 kms was worst...Thanks to all my coaches, my well wishers, friends n family for their continuous support n motivation that made it possible for me to achieve this feat...was trying for sub 4 from so many months n put a lot of efforts in the past... thanks to Mridula Rao for writing a special note in the eveng before the race wishing me good luck at a restaurant at M G Road...Thanks to Dinesh Laungani for inviting me post race for lunch had an awesome time with all runner friends...Congratulations for all the runners for their PBs & podium finishes....
